I went with this shirt because the design looked Celtic in the pictures, and I had a good feeling about it at first. But once it showed up, my instinct was let down — the pattern just didn’t feel right in person.
The knotwork seemed off to me, and the whole thing came across more like a generic tribal-style print than something with real Celtic influence. Maybe that won’t bother everyone, but I was buying it for the heritage aspect, so I expected more care for the price. I don’t think I’d order again.

I remember liking a few of the styles when I first looked through them, but after seeing the quality in person, the price just felt a bit too high. The fabric and finishing weren’t bad, but for what I paid, I expected them to feel nicer.

I ordered my usual size after checking the measurements, but the fit was nothing like what the chart suggested. It was way too tight around the chest and sleeves, while the body was weirdly long. I even sent a message about the sizing issue, but it felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. Frustrating, and I don’t think I’d trust their sizing again

My order showed up late, which was really annoying because I kept checking the tracking and it didn’t seem very accurate. One minute it looked like it was moving, then nothing would update for a while. I mean, the item did eventually arrive, so that’s good, but the shipping experience was kind of a mess.

Ordering on the site was annoying. Like, the checkout kept freezing on me, and I had to retry it twice before it finally went through. It was just one of those little frustrating things that made the whole process feel way more difficult than it needed to be.

The fabric feels soft but not flimsy, and it’s survived several washes without getting weirdly small or losing much color. I also remember noticing one random thing when I first got it, the drawstrings were perfectly even, which almost never happens for me. The stitching still looks solid too. Only reason I’m giving it one star off is because shipping was slower than I expected, but the hoodie itself has held up really well.

Customer service took about three days to get back to me, and I had to chase up my refund, which was frustrating at the time. To be fair, they were polite once they replied, and it looks like it’s been sorted now, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Just wish the response had been a bit quicker.

I had to swap a hoodie for a bigger size, and the exchange process was smooth overall. The return took a few days, but support did get back to me and the new one arrived without any issues. I’m happy with it for now, though I’m still a little unsure how the quality will hold up after a few washes.
